Step-by-step Guide
Step 1: Select Channel
Connect your account to any one of the streaming and/or social media channels provided to get started.
You will be asked to login to the chosen channel with your login credentials to accept the permissions we request and to authenticate that the connected account is your account.
Step 2: Provide Channel ID
Provide your channel ID or Profile URL to any one of the channels provided.
Example: https://open.spotify.com/artist/7gYT0XHEBgTgfgNK0566DT or 7gYT0XHEBgTgfgNK0566DT
Once your chosen channel has been successfully connected you can proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Confirm Account Connected
Once your chosen channel has been successfully connected you will be notice “Account Connected” - If you notice “Account Not Connected” you can try connect your account again, or try connect to a different channel available.
If your Spotify ID has already been used by another account, please contact support and they will assist you on fixing this.
